That was a historical event back in December 2007, but in related news, on May 25, 2009 the aircraft (9V-SKA) pictured here (I believe) performing flight SQ-318 from Singapore to London Heathrow,EN (UK), arrived at London's Heathrow Airport on just three engines with the fourth shut down and with a delay of about one hour. The airplane landed safely. The return flight SQ-321 had to be postponed to the next day and was performed by the incident airplane with a delay of 18 hours.
